Snow Removal Notice 2009

NOTICE from Oakbridge HOA Board of Managers

November 16, 2009

To all residents and owners,

Looks like winter is upon us! That means a snow removal crew will be visiting the Oakbridge Condo complex as needed over the next several months, so the Oakbridge HOA Board of Managers would like to take a moment to update you on the contractual responsibilities of the maintenance and grounds crews.

Snow removal crews are responsible for clearing the primary interior sidewalks and main thoroughfare area of the parking lot ONLY. Snow removal crews are not responsible for clearing individual parking spaces, porches, or rear patio areas of snow and/or ice. Residents are welcome to put down ice melt in problem areas, i.e., around personal vehicles and on porches and rear patios. Some areas of the complex do not receive as much sunlight as others, so the Board encourages each resident to use his or her best judgment to ensure personal safety.

Additionally, if a resident makes a personal request of the maintenance crews to put down ice melt in a specific area (i.e., around personal vehicles, on porches and/or rear patio areas), that resident may incur a charge as that work is not guaranteed under the contractual agreement between the Oakbridge HOA and the maintenance crews.

Snow removal crews will do their best to have the interior sidewalks and main thoroughfare area of the parking lot cleared by 8:00am on weekdays and by 10:00am on weekends.

Thank you for your cooperation as we navigate another unpredictable Colorado winter!
