NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Article III, Section 2 of the By-Laws that the Annual Meeting of the Oakbridge Condominium Owners Association, Inc. will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at Panera Bread in the Broadmoor Towne Center, 1832 Southgate Road, in the Community Room.
Sign-in will begin at 6:30 P.M. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 P.M.

A proxy is enclosed for your use should you be unable to attend. You may assign your proxy to anyone who will be attending the meeting. Your proxy must be a unit owner. Write the name of the person that will vote your proxy on the blank line of the proxy form, sign and print your name, unit number and date. Completed proxies may be given to a Board member or you may mail them to the Oakbridge HOA, PO Box 10444, Colorado Springs, CO 80932. Your chosen representative (proxy) may also hand-deliver your proxy form at the meeting.
Please note – Any proxy form submitted without the designated name of the person voting for you is invalid.
